Since 1987 Boone Paint &​ Interiors has been serving the High Country with quality products, expert knowledge, and unsurpassed customer care. We are a locally owned and family operated business committed to serving our customers and our community now and for generations to come.

Our stores at Boone, Banner Elk and Hickory carry everything from paint and sundries, to faux finishes ,decorator fabrics and wall papers, and window coverings, such as custom shutters and blinds. We also offer after hours classes and special events so be sure to check the local newspaper and our Special Events section here on the website.
Our services include expert home measurement and blind installation, on site and in store color consultation, custom stain match, and custom color match creation. . Our staff offers a wealth of knowledge on every product that we stock and can guide you through selecting, prepping, and correctly applying the right product for your specific needs. If we don't have what you need on our shelves we can special order it and get it to you. We want our customers to be happy and successful and will be with you from product selection to project completion.

It is fair to say that most vendors in our industry , as well as many others, are working within a challenging and ever-evolving environment unlike any with which we have previously dealt. Our daily business is now filled with unanticipated shipping issues, product shortages, revamped production routines, and supplier changes. Our vendors are working tirelessly against raw material shortages, employee illness and absence, and supply chain interruption. To avoid frustration, we advise our valued customers to call ahead to check on product availability and quantity before traveling to one of our locations from out of town. Please know that Boone Paint and Interiors is working closely with all our distributors to keep delays short-lived and at a minimum. We are doing everything within our power and to keep our shelves stocked and products in supply. We appreciate your patience in understanding that there are some things that are simply beyond our control.
